Thanksgiving Day Doesn’t Mean Waistgiving Day

In the United States, Thanksgiving Day is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in every November. This year it‘s November 25th. It’s also celebrated in Canada on the second Monday in October, which this year was Monday 11th October 2010.

Thanksgiving is an expression of harvest gathering and is an expressed gratitude to God for his blessings upon others. It’s a festival that’s as big as Christmas (some say it’s even bigger than Christmas), where there is a family celebration and joy which commemorates the Pilgrim colonists feast, with the Wampanoag people, in Plymouth in 1621.

Today, these feasts are enjoyed mainly with the family or loved ones or in other gatherings where there is much food and drink and even presents.

So when it comes to monitoring your weight, the thought of watching what you eat typically flies out the window.

It doesn’t have to.

The information given below in the post for Shake Weight and Lose Your Man Boobs can be conducted and maintained every day of the year, without much disruption to your food and daily routine.
